(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 8 rebel fighters killed last Saturday in depot explosion in central Homs province, residents told Zaman al-Wasl.
The slain rebels were trying to detonate the weapons depot in Talbiseh town before deporting to Idlib province due to an evacuation deal with Russia in northern Homs.
Russia demands rebels to lay down their arms, including heavy weapons, such a demand pushed several rebel group to detonate their depots and to not repeat what eastern Qalamoun's rebels did with regime in April by giving up their arsenal, including TOW and M-600 missiles.
