Al Nusra Front sets conditions to release Maaloula Nuns: Lebanese TV says


Lebanese satellite channel, loyal to Bashar Al Assad, aired new news over nuns of Maaloulal’s destiny who were kidnapped on December 2, 2013 by Al Qaeda-linked Al Nusra Front.

O TV, Which is owned by Lebanese Gen. Michel Aoun, said the armed opposition represented by Al Nusra Front had set conditions for release of the 11 Syrian nuns and the 2 bishops:

For the nuns: (According to O TV)

1-To release all Islamist prisoners in Roumieh prison in Lebanon.

2- To release 500 rebels arrested by the Syrian security services.

3- To release all the female opposition detainees in Syria.

4- To pay $75 million as a ransom.

5- To lift up the siege on the old town of Homs.

6- Syrian Army not to attack Yabrood; "a city near the Lebanese borders where the armed opposition use to sneak into Syria."

7- To send the nuns to Lebanon and not to come back to Syria.

For the Bishops: (According to O TV)

1- To pay $100 million as a ransom

2- To release 800 members of Al Qaeda arrested by the Syrian regime.

3- To send aid to the old town of Homs.

4- To stop all the military operations in Aleppo.
