The 4-year-old boy suffers from Bubonic plague, known as the Black Death.
Yazan's family fled the town of Sinjar in the eastern countryside of Idlib province to settle in a primitive house near the town of Saraqeb which lacks the minimum requirements of life.
Yazan's mother hopes an access to the Turkish hospitals to treat her son as soon as possible.
The mother has lost two brother by the same plague.
The Black Plague was one of the most devastating pandemics in human history, resulting in the deaths of an estimated 75 to 200 million people.
