The death toll of al-Yadouda car explosion in Daraa Friday rose to 47 people, the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
Activists have accused regime forces of carrying out the attack near a mosque in al-Yadouda town, the number of martyrs is likely to rise according to more than 150 injuries and tens of serious injuries, the observatory said.
Violent clashes last two days took place between regime forces and rebels around Al-Maftara gardens near Al-Yadouda town, in an attempt by regime forces to move towards the town of al-Yadouda.
