One of the army troops inside his military base has burned a dog alive. The chained dog was unable to escape.
Activists who took to social media after watching the video have expressed their shock, denouncing such a savage act.
The video is shedding the light on barbarity of the Syrian regime army, they said.
Since the Syrian revolution erupted in 2011, more than 360,000 people have been killed, and more than 6 million people have been displaced.
