(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian rebels have killed and wounded 9 regime army troops in rocket attack on Joureen military camp in northwestern Hama province, local activists said Wednesday.
Rebel news feeds said they retaliated to regime artillery shelling.
In October, Turkey and Russia agreed to establish a demilitarized zone in Idlib province and parts of Hama province. But skirmishes are still being reported.
