Head of Al-Ekhlas hospital in northern Idlib province has appealed to humanitarian and aid organizations to provide funds to the charity hospital that provides health care and treatment for 75,000 people in the opposition-held territory.
Dr. Zuhair Qarrat said that the fund of World Vision organization had been stopped in November.
Qarrat assured that the closure of the hospital in Shnan town is imminent what may expose civilians to further tragedies as thousands of civilians need daily treatment.
Moving to regime-held hospitals also may expose civilians to threat of arrest or being killed.
