Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addresses Tuesday lawmakers of his Justice and Development (AK) Party at parliament.
He says Turkey has dealt a heavy blow to the terrorist YPG/PKK organization in Afrin, Syria, adding that the country will soon move to eliminate terrorist groups east of Euphrates River.
Erdogan says the U.S. failed to honor pledges it has made over Syria, recalling President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from Syria.
Erdogan says in a phone call with Trump on Monday night, the American president reaffirmed pullout from Syria, including a 32-km safe zone to be established by Turkey.
