Four Kurdish militants killed in infighting erupted between YPG, the armed wing of Kurdish Democratic Union, and Asayish, it’s security wing in the town of al-Shaddadi in northeastern Hasaka province, local activists said Thursday.
Such incidents not always take a place among the US -backed units.
Asayish is the police force of the autonomous Kurdish cantons while the YPG is leading an alliance of Kurds and Arabs to uproot last remaining pockets of Daesh (ISIS) inside eastern Deir al-Zor province.
