Syrian Journalist accuses reconciliation minister of complicity in murder

Journalist Moayyad Skaif has accused Syrian reconciliation minister of complicity in the murder of his family members in Assad's prisons.

On his Facebook page, Skaif accused Ali Haidar of conspiracy to arrest members of his families, in particular Bassel Skaif, and he mentioned that the Minister contacted him via his office to convince him to return to Syria to sort out the arrested members of his family, then it was discovered that they were killed.

Skaif revealed that his suspicion about Ali Haidar’s, the leader of Syrian Social Nationalist party, involvement in arresting many members of his family, especially Bassel, who was a member in the party, and friend of martyr Ismaiel Haidar, gesturing to details to be released later.

The Journalist held responsibility of killing his brother under torture in a security centre few days ago to some informers from his village who live in Damascus and Idlib. He threatened that they would pay for their crime, confirming that he did not assault or harm them, but they have under-evaluated our lives and destroyed them.

“despite my pain, they will not escape from punishment, I believe in transitional and permanent justice and we would get rid of these murderers, who threaten the civil peace and delay Syrian’s development if they stayed without punishment.

Skaif confirmed that he had documents confirming the mentioned people's involvement in killing people and he hoped that message would find its way to them.
