Aleppo: rebels make unprecedented advances

Sources report that insurgents have pushed back an attack by Hezbollah and Syrian forces in the Zahra section of northwest Aleppo and that they now control the main Street and surroundings, sources said according to EA WorldView.

Opposition forces have advanced through Zahra and neighboring Layramoun in the last two months, putting pressure on regime forces inside Aleppo.
