(Zaman Al Wasl)- Two civilians were killed and others wounded by an improvised explosive device in al-Rai town near the Turkish border, activists told Zaman al-Wasl Monday.
Turkish-backed Syrian National Army took control of the town in 2016, but since then scattred attacks are still being reported.
Last September, a car bomb struck Al-Rai town, leaving 11 civilians. Also, in June, another car bomb killed 19 people near a bustling market and mosque in Azaz.
