(Zaman Al Wasl)- A Syrian intelligence agent has kidnapped and tortured to death three former rebels in revenge for his brother death last week in southern Daraa province, activists told Zaman al Wasl on Thursday.
Despite Russia-brokered reconciliation deals in the cradle of Syrian revolution, many reprisal acts have been reported against former rebels and under several pretexts since 2017.
Syria's war has killed more than 560,000 people and displaced millions since it started in 2011.
