Zaman Alwasl continues to exclusively publish private documents that shed the light on one of the most important Shabiha’s strongholds in "Latakia."
One of the published documents gives personal information of Bahsar al-Assad’s guards in Latakia , and reveals their’ full names, mothers’ names, and place of registration and domicile No, as well as their arming information.
Other documents showed how the leadership of Shabiha dealt with its soldiers who always defended the regime, with more than one noticeable document revealing the imprisonment of some Shabiha despite their injuries.
In a memo directed to Shabiha’s leader (Hilal Al Assad) there was a suggestion to release the solider “Louay Mohammad Mualla " who lost his weapon during an explosion while trying to dismantle an explosive device, in Al Safira area in Aleppo.
Mualla was detained by the regime, despite having head injuries, ears bleeding, a cut in his right hand and bruises all over his body as a result of the explosion.
In different memo regarding another wounded soldier who was detained for more than 80 days, the detainee was totally forgotten by his leaders, until the date of the document on 23/11/2013.
According to the memo, Mazen Ali Saloum was in prison from the date of 1/9/2013, and the reason behind his detention was “the loss of weapon” during a battle with the rebels, and that he was injured in his back, left hand, and lost consciousness, and submitted a medical report in that.
However there was a document with great importance because it shed the light on Shabiha’s criminal practices against each other, where it mentioned in one of the memos that" Mohammed Ahmed Qassim " imprisoned for stealing his colleague’s gun who was killed during a battle , and in addition to that stole another Shabih’s rifle.
Although Shabiha’s leaders grant themselves absolut authority to do as they please of stealing and looting Syrians’ belongings and properties , as was evident by pictures and certificates, yet they “restrain from” any theft among themselves, and consider it as intolerable crime that should be punished severely , as stated at the end of the memo , which proposed to disarm the robber , " Qassim " , put him in jail for 4 months , discharge him arbitrarily from his job , and even preventing him from working to any other entity.
Moreover, another document presented a similar theft case made by the Shabih “Fajer Mohammed Mansour” and demanded harsh penalties for him including dismissal from the service.
Regime’s double standard morality in dealing with violations of theft, murder, and other crimes, is similar to behavior in “Talmud”, which allow the Jew to robe, kill, and deceive non-Jew, but forbidden that among Jews themselves.
