Islamist rebels kill Parliament Member in Central Damascus

Syrian Parliament Member, Ali al-Sheikh, Sunday killed when an Islamist rebel group detonated his car in central Damascus, rebel statement said.

The media center of The Islamic Union of Levant Soldiers, based in Eastern Ghouta, said the operation had taken one month of monitoring.

Al-Sheikh, who was born in al-Otaiba, Damascus countryside, considered as one of Bashar al-Assad's loyal men who contributed in oppressing the Syrian people since the start of the uprising in March 2011
