Liwa al-Tobeh, situated in Southern of Aleppo, demanded the National Coalition to return the arms which Ahrar al-Zawiyah have stolen, a source from Liwa al-Tobeh reported to Zaman Alwasl.

Earlier, Ahrar Syria Front denied any relationship with Ahrar al-Zawiyah and confirmed that it had been dismissed a month before the arms' robbery incidence, while Liwa al-Tobeh suspected the reality of the front’s story and demanded again to return the arms as they need it to liberate Abo al-Dhohor airport, besides protecting civilians.

The source has accused Ahrar Syria Front and its leader, Jamal Ma’arouf that they intentionally attempted to fail attacks on the airport, which resulted in displacing thousands of civilians and destroying al-khashir village.

The source revealed that many rebels met with Michael Kilo before Geneva2 in Istanbul, and requested his help to have military support to enable them to liberate Abo al-Dhohor airport. the source praised Kilo and his attempts to secure arms, as he communicated with Salim Idris and explained to him the situation of the airport and the strategic benefits of liberating it, but the later ignored the matter and claimed that arms were scarce.

The source confirmed that argument took place between kilo and General Sa’ad Eddin, Who insisted that liberating the airport would have been difficult, which forced Kilo to describe his as “coward” and told him that liberating airports were much more important than wasting resources on liberating barriers.

The source confirmed that Kilo did not fail the rebels in their request, as he in the end had to go to Jarba, the National Coalition president, to request military support, however, Jarba delayed his request.

At that point, Kilo had to give up and apologized to rebels saying: “they are who control the military support, god help you”

Rebels from southern of Aleppo, forwarded gratefulness message to Kilo as they described him as the most honorable and faithful figure in the opposition, and they added: “history would record that he tried his best to support areas, where the coalition let down like Moa’adamiyah, Wadi al-Dif and others, and he tried to re-build a national army to defend the country and protect it from a civil war”

They ended their message thanking kilo and other respectful and faithful figure who tried their best to make a Syrian national decision.
