The Syrian regime artillery on Monday has pounded a Turkish military outpost in northern Idlib province, according to Zaman al-Wasl reporter.
No casualties were reported in the attack on the observation point in Jabal al-Zawiya region.
Over the past weeks, the Turkish defense ministry has assured the three-month-old ceasefire is still valid despite provocations by regime forces and allied militias.
Turkey has set up more than 60 observation points in the Idlib region as Turkish reinforcements keep pouring into the main rebel enclave.
Russian and Turkey agreed a truce on March 6 that has largely halted the fighting but Russia resumed air strikes on Monday and Tuesday of Idlib and neighbouring Hama provinces with dozens of air strikes.
Idlib province is home to 3.5 million civilians, according to the United Nations.
The nine-year-old conflict has killed more than 490,000 people and displaced 13 million.
