A Syrian toddler was killed and seven family members wounded overnight in a blast attack in northern Idlib province.
According to Zaman al-Wasl reporter, the blast that shaked the town of Jisr al-Shughour was preceded by a crossfire.
Also in northern Syria, about 342,000 civilians displaced by the Bashar al-Assad regime and its backers’ attacks have returned since March to their homes in Idlib and Aleppo, Syria's Response Group said Wednesday.
183,567 people have returned to Aleppo countryside and 157,773 people have returned to Idlib.
The region they hold is home to some three million people, nearly half of whom have been displaced from other parts of the country.
Syria's nine-year-old war has killed more than 500,000 people and displaced nearly 13 million people.
