Abo Dijana, ٍٍSharia judge of the Islamic State group in Southern Damascus has been killed on Saturday, according to activists and rebel sources.
Qate’a Abo Bakr al-Siddik (dubbe: Abo Dijana) was killed in clashes with FSA and Islamists battalions in Yalda town as it’s emir Abo Sayyah Tayyara, known as ‘Farrama’, is still under siege till now, in a flat in Yalda , with around a hundred fighters from the radical group.
Activists from Southern of Damascus confirm that fighters from Beit Saham and Babila participated in the battle to clean Yalda from ISIS’s fighters. Battle moved to al-Hajar al-Aswad and Tadamon neighborhoods where ISIS’s fighters tried to get protection from Ansar al-Sunni.
Yalda is one of the most important bases for ISIS in Southern Damascus; however FSA and Islamists battalions have managed to defeat ISIS in its Security square. The fighting resulted in killing around 25 members of ISIS and 40 injuries, among them Abo Jafar, brother of ISIS’s Amir, after being shot with 2 bullets in his thigh.
Well-informed sources reported that 30 members of ISIS were arrested accompanied with liberating 80 members of the FSA who were detained at ISIS. It has been reported that the battle sparked when ISIS invaded the base of Aisha Om al-Momineen battalion linked to al-Islam Army and arrested the Battalion’s leader, besides leaders of Islamic Front in Southern Damascus, Alwiyat Alsahaba and Shabab Alhoda.
