'The Independent Decision' Bloc is the newest opposition rally founded by 30 members of the Syrian National Coalition. Zaman Alwasl Arabic has exclusively published the founding statement.
The new bloc comes day after the election of new president for the National Coalition.

In relevant development, the National Coalition member, Hussain Sayed, had resigned early today Zaman Alwasl reported. "The coalition is no longer elevated to the Syrian Aspirations, it's time to say enough for frustration and despair, especially what happened recently from the regional polarization and internal within the Coalition".
