Rafif Zainia, Syrian IT engineer, has designed an application that enables companies to collect and analyze customer feedback from social networking sites.
The app “Emocial” helps companies collect information, and measures customer satisfaction in order to develop their products according to their reviews, Reuters reported.
The application collects customer reviews in various forms through social media platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and prepares statistical reports based on date and geographical location.
Zainia started her project in 2018 but shelved it until her graduation. The app will need 6 months until it is ready for use, but Rafif has already approached local companies.
