(Zaman Alwasl)- At least 3 people were killed Tuesday in Homs province as the heavy bombardment of Syrian regime forces resumed on the embattled neighborhood of al-Waer after calm months, a monitoring group said.
The Britain-based ٍSyrian Observatory for Human Rights said one man killed in al-Waer and two others killed in Assad’s poisons as they were tortured to death.
The Syrian city of Homs, dubbed "the capital of the revolution" by rebels, has been a key flashpoint since the early days of the three-year-old revolt against al-Assad.
