Abo Halaweh mentioned an example about al-Hassan's acts: "In the same day, when Ahmad al-Hassan became aware of an activist inside Syria trying to organize a meeting in the coastal region of Syria to find out 5 prominent Alawite figures to represent the Alawite opposition in general conference, the activist was arrested the very next day".

Abu Halaweh said that Dr. Noqari was used as a mean to abort the movement of Alawite inside Syria. Beside using him to reach to Nawaf al-Faris, the defected Syria Ambassador to Iraq. He added that Dr. Noqqari went to Geneva with Ahmad al-Hassan to arrange for the conference and came back to Istanbul.

Abo Halaweh detailed that abduction incidence saying: “in 27th of July, Dr. Noqari was handed by Ahmad al-Hassan to Abo Yazan and his intelligence cell, after torturing him, they demanded him to cease political activities and close his Facebook account, and to cooperate with them to catch many opposition figure like Nawaf al-Faris because of his relationship with him. In the same night, al-Hassan used Dr. Noqqari’s Facebook account to chat with some of his friends including me, but from his different way of writing which is different from what I used to from my friend, I suspected of something wrong was going on".

In the next day, Dr. Noqqari managed to escape and contacted his friend Abo Halaweh via his Facebook messenger, but the later did not believe the story of Dr. Noqqari, which forced him to contact another friend who contacted the Coalition and they managed to contact the specialized people to deal with the matter.
