The Syrian activist Tamer Al-Turkmani has recorded 183 massacres committed by the Syrian regime and key allies in April of every year since the Syrian revolution erupted in 2011.
The death toll topped 2,661, including 582 children and 358 women.

Damascus suburbs: 27 massacres.
Homs: 26 massacres.
Hama: 15 massacres.
Daraa: 13 massacres.
Deir Ezzor: 6 massacres.
Raqqa: 3 massacres.
Damascus: 3 massacres.
157 massacres committed by the Syrian regime forces.
16 massacres committed by the Russian forces.
3 massacres committed by Daesh.
