The Palestinian refugees of Daraa camp and Daraa Al-Balad are facing difficult conditions due a siege a imposed by Syrian regime forces on southern Daraa city last week amid high prices and the loss of food and medicine, a Palestinian monitoring said Wednesday.
The Action Group for Palestinians of Syria said the people were financially exhausted as a result of the high prices of transportation, and many of them no longer go to Daraa city, even for treatment.
The Assad's forces had imposed a complete siege on Daraa city including the Daraa camp for Palestinian refugees over residents' refusal to handover their individual weapons.
The Palestinian refugees expressed their fears that the regime forces will take military action in Daraa province, because of its repercussions that will worsen their security and living conditions and the occurrence of new displacement.
