Two civilians were killed and two more wounded in a missile attack by Kurdish-led forces on the rebel-held al-Bab region in northern Syria, a rescue agency said Thursday.
The attack by the US-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) targeted Hazwan village in the eastern countryside of Aleppo city. The guided missiles were fired from the controlled areas by SDF and the regime's forces, the White Helmets said.
A rescue worker was among the wounded.
In Idlib province, the Russian warplanes conducted five air strikes on Jabal al-Zawiya region and the Al-Kabbana hilltops east of Latakia province, Zaman al-Wasl reporter said.
In retaliation, Captain Naji al-Mustafa, the spokesman for the National Liberation Front told Zaman Al-Wasl that his rebel faction had hit regime bastions in Joreen camp west of Hama province, and other military sites and barracks in the southern countryside of Idlib, using artillery shells and Grad missiles.
In Syria desert, the Russian warplanes launched more than 15 air raids in the past 72 hours on the Islamic State's pockets in the Kabajib desert, Al-Shoula, and Jabal Al-Bishri in the southwestern countryside of Deir Ezzor province.
