Germany: 100 refugees in Hitzacker move to the village of future

Germany (Bild)- Embedded between fields and meadows, in the neighborhood of the Elbe and Göhrde, it lies: a housing project that could go to school. The village of the future.

 

Here, in the romantic Wendland, twelve houses are currently being built on 2.3 hectares, and all should be ready for occupancy at Christmas. What is special: 100 young, 100 old and 100 people who have fled their homeland of Palestine, Mali, Afghanistan and Syria will live in the 44 apartments.
