Egyptian Authorities to deport 22 Syrians try to reach Europe

 

(Zaman Al Wasl)- An Egyptian prosecution ordered to extradite 22 Syrians to Damascus on Monday, urging regime’s embassy in Cairo to take the required procedures for their deporting.

Al- Burlos prosecution in Kafr al-Sheikh governorate north Egypt was arrest 22 Syrians who were trying illegally to reach Europe.

The number of illegal Syrian migrants reaching Europe’s border has jumped sharply in the three-year conflict.

Last week, at least 150 Syrians have been arrested by Maltese authorities, claimed to be Illegal immigrants.

Hundreds of Syrians have been drawn last months, including women and children, in sea crossings aboard overcrowded and sub-standard vessels.

Syrians accounted for almost a quarter of last year’s total - 25,546 - with Eritreans (11,298), Afghans (9,021) and Albanians (9,500) making up the main other nationalities, according to the Telegraph.
