The Syrian Interim Government said that the number of civilian victims of violations by the Syrian regime and the Kurdish PYD militias during the month of August amounted to 21 civilians, including 12 children, and 43 wounded, including 17 children.
The "Violations Documentation and Human Rights Directorate" of the opposition's body added in its monthly report that the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for the killing of 17 civilians, including 10 children and 7 men, and the wounding of 29 civilians, including 10 children, 4 women and 15 men, while the PYD militias were responsible for killing 4 civilians, including two children, and 14 civilians were wounded, including 7 children.
The report indicated that the liberated areas were targeted last month with: 141 attacks, and the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for 134 attacks, while the PYD militias were responsible for 7 attacks.
The report confirmed that the Assad regime was responsible for one massacre in the city of al-Bab, which killed 14 people and wounded 22, and the Assad regime was responsible for one targeting with illegal weapons.
