(Zaman Al Wasl)- Commander of United Military Command in Eastern Ghouta near Damascus, said he will execute regime army pilots, who were held captive by rebels, in response to Douma massacre, according to a video-statement posted online.
Zahran Alloush, Islam Army commander and the leader of rebels’ new collation in embattled eastern suburbs of Damascus, said all military pilots will be executed in response to the last massacre committed by regime air forces in Douma, a rebel-held city northeast the capital.
The airstrikes on Alloush’s hometown, have killed more than 20 people, including 4 children and a woman, on Thursday, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
Alloush also called on journalists and media activists to be objective in their reporting and to avoid exaggeration, much news have made negative impacts on rebels in battlefields, he said.
Meanwhile, at least 191,369 people have been killed in Syria's conflict; more than double the figure documented a year ago and probably still an under-estimate, according to the United Nations.
