Three people wounded in regime bombing on Idlib

At least three civilians were injured in regime army bombing on the opposition-held northeastern Idlib region on Monday.

Local sources told Zaman al-Wasl that a woman, her daughter, and a man were wounded on Monday as a result of missile strikes by the regime forces that targeted the vicinity of the town of "Binnish", the "Bab al-Hawa - Idlib" highway, the town of "Neirab", and the vicinity of the camps. Displaced people on the road to the city of "Maarat Misrin", northeastern Idlib city.

The sources confirmed that the missile strikes came from the regime forces and Russian-backed militias stationed in the city of Saraqib, located at the intersection of the M4 and M5 international roads, east of Idlib Governorate. The shelling coincided with the flight of a Russian reconnaissance plane over the area.

On Monday morning, the regime forces targeted, with heavy "surface-to-surface" missiles, the axes of Jabal al-Turkman and Jabal al-Akrad in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, northwestern Syria, in addition to artillery shelling targeting several villages and towns in Jabal al-Zawiya and  al-Ghab Plain in Hama countryside. Northwestern, and the western countryside of Aleppo, located within what is known as the "Fourth Escalation Zone" .
