Lebanon’s health ministry said that five people have been killed and 13 others wounded on Sunday in an Israeli strike near the southern city of Sidon, revising an earlier toll.
“The Israeli enemy’s raid on Haret Saida has killed five people,” the health ministry said, after revising initial numbers from two killed and 11 wounded.
An AFP correspondent said an apartment was destroyed in the strike on a building in the area that was targeted for the first time since the Israel-Hezbollah war erupted last month.
