Dozens of residents in Quneitra protest against Israeli presence

Dozens of local residents from the village of Suwaysa demonstrated near the buffer zone in the occupied Golan Heights in protest against the presence of Israeli forces, which penetrated the center of the village and entered barracks in the middle and around it.

Daraa 24 network said that the Israeli forces, consisting of two bulldozers and tanks, stormed a barrack in the center of the village in the southern Quneitra countryside and carried out acts of sabotage and cut down trees in its vicinity, without approaching the homes of the residents.

After that, they headed to a barrack west of the village and continued the sabotage operations, which prompted the residents to gather near the site in protest against this incursion, and raised the flags of the revolution, which led to the forces firing in the air to prevent them from approaching.

Daraa 24 added that the Israeli forces transferred equipment, including bulldozers, to Talin al-Hamr in the area where they have been stationed for some time, and the village of Suwaysa is located about 10 km west of the city of Jassem in the northern Daraa countryside.

In Daraa, an Israeli force stormed the house of the young man "Khalil Al-Aref", who is in his twenties, in the town of "Abdin" in the "Yarmouk Basin" area in the western countryside of Daraa, where he was arrested.

It indicated that the raid took place at around 3:00 am. A delegation of dignitaries from the area headed to the United Nations (UN) point, which stated that they would inform them tomorrow at 10:00 am about the reasons for his arrest after making contacts with the Israeli side.
