The leader of the new Syrian administration, Ahmed al-Sharaa, met in Damascus on Saturday with a "high-level" Bahraini delegation headed by the head of the Strategic Security Service, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
SANA reported that "the leader of the new Syrian administration, Ahmed al-Sharaa, met with a high-level Bahraini delegation headed by the head of the Strategic Security Service, Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa."
This visit comes as part of a series of visits by Arab, Western and regional delegations to the Syrian capital to meet with the pillars of the new administration, after the overthrow of the Bashar al-Assad regime.
