International Coalition reinforcements arrive in northeast Syria

The US-led international coalition forces continue to send military reinforcements to their bases in northern and eastern Syria, coming from their bases in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, via the Al-Waleed border crossing.

Informed sources confirmed to Zaman al-Wasl that the international coalition forces sent, during the past two days, about 60 trucks loaded with weapons, ammunition and logistical equipment to their bases in Al-Shaddadi in the southern countryside of Hasakah, and Kharab al-Jir in the northeastern countryside of Hasakah, in addition to the "Al-Omar" oil fields in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and the "Conoco" gas field in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The sources also added that two US cargo planes transported weapons and logistical equipment to the "Al-Shaddadi" and "Kharab al-Jir" bases in the countryside of Hasakah, coinciding with the distribution of part of the reinforcements to the international coalition base in the countryside of Raqqa.

It is noteworthy that since the beginning of December, the international coalition has sent more than 200 trucks loaded with military equipment and weapons to its bases spread across the countryside of Hasakah, Deir Ezzor and Raqqa, as part of strengthening its military presence in the eastern region.
