Zaman al-Wasl obtained lists of names of hundreds of injured detainees (most of whom were killed), including corpses, who were handed over to the Tishreen Military Hospital north of Damascus.

The detainees included corpses, critical cases, and injured people; those who arrived alive were killed in the hospital and the names were recorded with the corpse number, which is reminiscent of the photos leaked by Caesar.

The Tishreen Military Hospital is considered one of the death centers for Syrians, like most Syrian government hospitals, especially military ones.

Syrian activists describe the hospital located in the Qaboun neighborhood of Damascus as a factory for forging death certificates, as the Assad regime is forced to forge reports that conceal the real causes of death of detainees under torture in its detention centers or security branches or even in the hospital itself that witnessed the liquidation of detainees.

The list includes the names of detainees and corpses that Tishreen received during the first quarter of 2016.

The lists reveal the names of the military doctors responsible for what was happening in Tishreen Hospital.

The Syrian human rights website "With Justice" published the names of some doctors accused of committing crimes against workers at Tishreen Hospital, including Dr. "Mofeed Darwish", an orthopedic doctor who started his work as head of the emergency department and then became the hospital director. He was known for killing and torturing detainees since the beginning of his presence at the hospital, in addition to the forensic doctor "Colonel Ismail Kiwan", the urology specialist Colonel "Akram Issa", First Lieutenant "Muhannad Musa", a vascular and thoracic surgeon, the forensic doctor "Brigadier General Akram Al-Shaar" who wrote the death report of the child "Hamza Al-Khatib", and the anesthesiologist Major "Hassan Marai".

The same website also published the names of nurses accused of torturing the wounded, such as "Ali Zahra, Amir Madi, Khairat Salhab, and Ghiath Ibrahim", in addition to the assistant head of the maintenance department "Ammar Asaad".
