US President Donald Trump said Wednesday that normalization of US relations with Syria began during his meeting with Syria President Ahmed al-Sharaa.
Speaking at the GCC-US Summit in Riyadh, the US President expressed interest making a deal with Iran, but said that “for that to happen [Iran] must stop supporting terror and not have a nuclear weapon.”
Trump also said that there was a chance of a future in Lebanon that was free from a Hezbollah grip.
