The Israeli army carried out demolition operations Monday night targeting a number of homes in the village of Al-Hamidiyah, north of the Quneitra countryside, in a significant escalation near the ceasefire line.
According to local sources, the targeted homes are located behind a military base recently established by the occupation army in the vicinity of the village, increasing residents' concerns about Israeli military expansion plans in the area.
The number of homes threatened with demolition has exceeded ten, amid ongoing bulldozing operations by the occupation army inside the village.
