Tomeh again to head opposition government over Turkish-Qatari concord

ISTANBUL (Zaman Al Wasl)- A well-informed source said the head of caretaker government will lead the new interim government due to Turkish-Qatari consensus.

The ongoing meetings of key opposition group National Coalition since three days seemed to be concluded by appointing Ahmed To'meh as the new Prime Minister of Interim Government.

Coalition political commission dismissed To'meh government two months ago over a series of critics. But the regional influence appeared to be main backer of former Imam and dentist.

After almost two years of founding the Coalition in Qatar, in November 2012, the gulf Arab state has been remarked as the big ally to NC as well the decision maker, according to rivals.

Zaman al-Wasl source said that officials from Qatar in Turkey agreed on To'meh, when the closed-doors accords leaned at Ghassan Hito.

Analysts say the conflict of interest among the opposition figures pushed the regional powers to intervene to solve disputes.

NC meetings came along with another Coalition led by U.S. against jihadist in Syria, especially in red-hot front of Kobani.

The U.N. says more than 190,000 people have been killed since the start of Syria's uprising against President Bashar Assad in March 2011.
