National Defence Militia recruits 400 fighters in Hama: Media Center

HAMA (Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian regime has recruited 400 militants to join National Defence Units  in Hama city to substitute troops fighting in northern countryside,  Media Center revealed.

The 400 youths were recruited from the surrounding villages, mostly from the Alawite sect, activists of Hama center said.

Sources said the new militants will follow an intensive training by regime army to be deployed after that through the checkpoints surround the city, in order to give a hand for Al-Baath battalions, pro-regime militia, which control Hama city center including the university and educational institutions.
