Qatar says agreement reached on ‘all provisions’ of first phase of ceasefire plan

Qatar Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majed al-Ansari says the mediators have announced that an agreement has been reached on “all the provisions and implementation mechanisms” of the first phase of a Gaza ceasefire plan, “which will lead to ending the war, the release of Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners, and the entry of aid”.

“The details will be announced later,” he said in a post on X.
