Huge Saudi contracts to increase Syrian gas production and create 2,500 jobs

The CEO of the Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC), Youssef Qiblawi, announced the signing of contracts with major Saudi companies. He expects this partnership to have a "significant impact on increasing gas production" in Syria and to secure 2,500 new job opportunities for engineers, technicians, and workers.

This announcement was made during a celebration held by the company on the occasion of "Liberation Day" at its headquarters in Damascus, attended by the Minister of Energy, Eng. Muhammad Al-Bashir.

In a related context, the CEO revealed that the final contract for this strategic partnership is expected to be signed "within a month," indicating that work on these vital projects will soon enter the implementation phase.

This cooperation is considered an important step toward enhancing the infrastructure of the Syrian energy sector and providing the necessary resources to support the local economy.
