The Ministry of Interior stated that its units have begun deploying into the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor Governorate as part of a plan to establish a systematic presence in all towns and villages. This deployment aligns with the comprehensive security plan aimed at protecting civilians and public and private property, and enhancing security and stability in the region.
The Ministry added that it is currently focusing on strengthening security presence by organizing patrols and establishing checkpoints to consolidate security and protect civilians and their property.
