Hasakah Security Commander directs units to abide by law and protect citizens

The commander of the Internal Security in Al-Hasakah Governorate, Brigadier General Marwan Al-Ali, gave instructions to the Internal Security units during their preparations to enter the city, stressing the need to carry out security tasks according to the established plans, to fully comply with laws and regulations, to ensure that procedures proceed in an orderly manner, to maintain security and public order, and to protect citizens and public and private property.
