Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, conducted a telephone conversation with Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Minister al-Shaibani extended the congratulations of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of Founding Day, as well as on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
The two sides also discussed the latest developments in Syria and explored ways to consolidate bilateral relations. Prince Faisal bin Farhan reiterated the Kingdom’s supportive position toward the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic and its unity and territorial integrity, emphasizing the importance of reinforcing stability and consolidating security across Syrian territory.
