Syrian army dismantles car bomb in Aleppo

Syria’s Ministry of Defense said Wednesday that an army engineering team dismantled a car bomb found parked on the outskirts of Aleppo’s Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

The ministry said “an engineering battalion of the Syrian Arab Army successfully dismantled a car bomb in the area surrounding the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo. The vehicle had been parked and rigged for detonation before the unit managed to neutralize it.”
