Syria’s Interior Ministry held a graduation ceremony Tuesday for a new group of personnel who completed training programs, the Ministry reported.
The event took place at the ministry’s headquarters in the capital and was attended by Interior Minister Anas Khattab, the ministry said on its Telegram channel.
During the ceremony, the graduates took an official oath before staging a parade from the ministry building through central Damascus to Umayyad Square.
The move adds newly trained personnel to the ministry’s ranks and is part of efforts to expand its workforce and improve capabilities, with the aim of maintaining security and stability in Syria.
