Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip rises to 72,783

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,783, and 172,779 injured.

According to Palestinian news agency WAFA, medical sources in Gaza Strip reported on Saturday that hospitals in Gaza received during the past 24 hours 8 dead, including one body recovered from under the rubble, and 29 wounded.

The sources added that the total number of deaths since the ceasefire on October 11 of last year has risen to 890, while the total number of injuries reached 2,677. Meanwhile, 777 bodies have been recovered.

The sources also noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are still unable to reach them.
