President al-Sharaa appoints Ahmad Ramadan Head of Syrian Investment Authority

Damascus, Aug. 5 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. 162 of 2026 appointing Ahmad Rouwad Mohammad Bashar Ramadan as Director-General of the Syrian Investment Authority.

The decree was issued pursuant to the provisions of the Constitutional Declaration and Decree No. 114 of 2025.
