The Arab Human Rights Network condemned the last Egyptian procedures which abused human rights principles and which are not considering the hard times that Syrian have been through because of war and displacements.

Egyptian authorities had canceled too the previous resolution to treat Syrian students, as if they are Egyptian students according to education conditions in schools, and they prevented syrian student from registering in the Egyptian schools,.

The new procedure came days after requiring Syrians to apply for a visa, after the authorities in Cairo issued a new rule amid soaring unrest in the country.
